- Structured 4-week gym & home training program, both included. (For home training, you will require at least 1 set of dumbbells, resistance band & a powerband/resistance tube)
- Pre-designed workouts with guidance on sets, reps, and exercise execution
- Cardio targets added to support your goal
- The choice on how many day's you'd like to train.
- Personalized calorie and macro targets based on your goal (no meal plan or nutrition coaching)
- Progress tracking directly in the app
- Seamlessly sync with Google Fit, Fitbit, Apple Health, Garmin, MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, Oura and Health Connect to monitor your activity, intake and to stay on track.
What’s NOT included:
- No personalized program design
- No weekly check-ins or feedback
- No program adjustments
- No direct coaching support
