With over 13 years of personal experience & over 6 years of professional coaching experience, I know firsthand that lasting results come from consistency, education, understanding the why behind your nutrition & training, & having the right support, not quick fixes. As a qualified nutrition specialist, personal trainer & chef, I combine scientific knowledge with real-world coaching experience to help you achieve sustainable, long-term results.

After overcoming my own struggles with obesity, binge eating & limiting beliefs, I dedicated myself to understanding the science behind nutrition, training & behaviour change. Through extensive qualifications & years of hands-on coaching, I've helped clients around the world achieve sustainable results using practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to their individual needs.
