I am very familiar with the struggle of living in a body that I wasn’t happy with, and being stuck with an eating disorder whilst watching my health rapidly decline. For years, I neglected and mistreated my body and mind through food, alcohol, lack of movement and limiting beliefs.

After being stuck in the continuous cycle of yo-yo and fad diets for years, I eventually discovered the courage to put my excuses to rest and make positive changes for myself and the future I longed for.

Not only did I personally lose over 30% body fat and completely transform my body composition, but I also developed a passion for nutrition and training, and successfully overcame a 19-year binge eating disorder.

Additionally, I have acquired multiple qualifications and valuable experience in the health, fitness, and wellness industry. These experiences and qualifications have allowed me to help transform the lives of countless individuals worldwide.

Witnessing my clients take back control of their health and lives is absolutely admirable, and I am grateful that I get to guide them towards doing this in a sustainable and enjoyable way.
