Pre-Programmed Training Plan (Not Personalized):
All training sessions are pre-designed and not adjusted for individual injuries, limitations, or preferences. Choose from home-based, gym-based, or both. (If you have injuries or require customized training, please consider my personalized coaching options.)
Flexible Training Schedule: Pick your preferred training frequency (3, 4, or 5 days per week) and move through the program at your own pace.
Progressive Program Structure:
